MESSAGE OF COLLEGE DEAN

Resilience amidst challenges binds us together in our journey.

This institution, the Pangasinan State University, for more than four decades has become part of our lives. Our success as well as our failures, ups and downs, this learning institution has become a constant catalyst to initiate change. For how many years, as we embraced the process of change we remained unshaken because of our ideals, our vision, and our core values crafted within as we envision what we could do in order this institution maintain and  establish its functions with sustainability.

PSUnians, stakeholders, administrators, our regulating bodies are committed in order to make this University shines and continuously be the premiere university of choice. Thousands of graduates gained success in their field of discipline. They are successful in their profession as well as in their personal lives. Thousands of personnel, teaching and the non-teaching personnel who became part of this institution gained stability in their professional life. PSU has been providing a healthy quality of life to its personnel. The retirees, not all retirees had a grandeur entrance in the university but they have a graceful exit. As one of the employees, I could say that this institution is a blessing professionally, socially and personally. It is where I’ve met and continually mingling with brilliant minds and mighty souls that eventually changed my perspective in life. Every day, every minute of my stay gain no regret. My definition before and after I entered in this institution has lots of changes. It makes my limbs stronger. It makes me a better individual. It makes me changed.
